Steve is one of Australia's most accomplished digital marketers, having pioneered algorithmic commerce for one of the country's largest retailers. He is passionate about developing personalisation solutions at scale with AI, to create relevant 1:1 experiences with each individual customer, building true customer engagement programs that deliver real value for both retailers and shoppers.

Andy is a seasoned leader in data, AI, and actuarial consulting, having delivered enterprise-scale solutions across retail and financial services. At Woolworths Group, his work helped drive over $1B in incremental sales through cloud and AI transformation. He is Google Cloud certified in Data Engineering and Machine Learning, with a passion for turning data into measurable business impact.

Reuben Bajada

Reuben is a digital-first innovator with nearly 20 years of experience, from trailblazing marketing on Facebook Ads and YouTube to leading digital for some of Australia's most dynamic mid-enterprise brands. Most recently, he led the eComm transformation at Endeavour Group (Dan Murphy's & BWS). He specialises in leveraging the latest technology, ecosystem alignment and high-performance leadership practices to unlock scalable revenue streams.

Shen Liu

Shen holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and brings nearly 20 years of experience across cloud, AI, and actuarial science. He has delivered impactful data solutions for Fortune 500s, top retailers, and government agencies. Shen is a certified actuary, Google Cloud Data Engineer, and lead author of a big data analytics textbook. He's passionate about applying machine learning to solve real-world business challenges.
